We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close enough to the city center and situated in a wide pedestrianized street with a great selection of restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with modern and spacious rooms that felt more like small apartments. Cleanliness was great, and the daily turn-down service was a nice touch.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I absolutely loved this place! The room was gorgeous and much bigger than I expected. It felt like a small apartment with a lovely terrace and a spacious bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was a dream. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants, shops, and cafes right outside the door. Plus, it was close enough to the center of town that I could easily walk there. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the self check-in process was straightforward. this was the best accommodation I've ever booked for a city break!
I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a great stay at In Suite Aparthotel Shs in Palermo. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the popular tourist attractions. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a daily turn down service. The breakfast consisted of fresh sweets and coffee, a delicious start to the day. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to any requests. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Palermo.

The spacious, modern beautiful room with kitchen and living room was perfect. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The breakfast was delicious and traditional. The apartment was very clean and had modern furniture. The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the city center.
